It's with great sadness that we share that one of our beloved mares, MURNA BEE BAAAD passed away this morning (March 25, 2021) due to complications from colic.
All efforts were made to save Murna, but with a history of colic, succumbing to it was ultimately inevitable. Murna was currently in foal to Frank Conversation and her due date was March 26, 2021. The vets at Rhinebeck Equine worked hard to save the colt, but sadly he didn't survive.
Murna will be truly missed by all of us, most especially by her equine friends. She was the kindest mom to her foals and her sweet disposition is seen in all of them. Murna joined our family in 2017 and blessed us with three beautiful fillies.
