Prime Aurora shines in her debut

On May 29, 2026 our beautiful homebred filly, Prime Aurora shined in her two-year-old debut. With her ready to race and wanting to give her a good experience, our trainer and us agreed that while New York is the best place for this New York bred filly to break her maiden, we wanted to do right by her and just run her closer to her Florida home.
We made the right decision and the filly proved she is all class…shipping in to Gulfstream Park from Ocala, experiencing a crowd, saddling paddock and pony for the first time, she didn’t even turn a hair. Then when the gates opened, she experienced kickback for the first time, but once an opening appeared she just effortlessly opened up under the expertise of Samy Camacho.
From a $4,500 RNA as a weanling to a minor setback before the OBS March Two-Year-Old Sale, we never gave up on this filly. We always believed in her, always put her first, and are so grateful to our trainer, Abraham Gardea.
From her very first saddling as a yearling, to her first saddling at the races, to the winner’s circle, Abraham has been with her every step of the way. He had so much faith in this filly that for months he kept telling us, “She is going to be the first winner for Mind Control.” And she did not disappoint.
It has been an amazing year so far for the Majestic family, and we are so blessed to have such wonderful horses and a team who cares so deeply about them. From our workers on the farm in Gardiner, New York, to Abraham and his team at the track, this win is a reflection of patience, belief, hard work, and always putting the horse first.
We are so proud of this filly and so grateful for everyone who helped her get here. She is proof that sometimes the ones others overlook are the ones who make the story unforgettable. We are very excited to see what is in store for this filly!
